Access Data

Due to our legitimate interest (s. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) we, the website manager and site provider, collect data about website access and save this in the website server as ‘’Server-Log Files’’. The following data is recorded thus:

  • Website visited
  • Exact time of access
  • Amount of data sent, in bytes
  • Source/Reference, that referred you to the site
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used

Server-Log Files are saved for a maximum of 7 days and then finally deleted. Data saving takes place for security reasons, for example to resolve misuse issues. If some data is being kept as evidence, then it will be kept from being deleted until the incident is finally resolved.

Use of YouTube-Plugins

For video embedding we use the provider YouTube, among others. YouTube is managed by YouTube LLC, headquartered at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc., headquartered at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA

On some of our sites we use plugins from the provider YouTube. If you retrieve our internet presence through one of those internet sites with a plugin–for example our Media Library–this creates a connection to the YouTube server that presents the plugin. This transmits to the YouTube server information about which of our internet sites you have visited. If you are logged in on YouTube, YouTube assigns this information to your user account. The use of these plugins, such as clicking one of our video’s start buttons, assigns this information to your YouTube account. You can prevent this allocation by logging out of your YouTube account or other accounts by the YouTube LLC and Google Inc. companies and deleting the corresponding cookies of these accounts before you use our internet site.

For information about the purpose and extent of data collection and about further processing and use of data through YouTube, as well as the corresponding rights and configurations options for your private sphere protection, please refer to the YouTube data protection notice: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Through the use of this website you declare your consent to the acquisition, processing and use of automatically collected data through Google Inc, its representative and third party. The terms of use of Google Maps can be found under ‘’Google Maps Terms of Use’’.
